I am a researcher (just got my PhD) working on water issues from different points of view (human rights, commons, policies) with an approach both cultural and juridical.
I am also an activist (since some 10 years...how old I am ...damn it!): I have been involved in political and social campaigning for years within "Rete Lilliput" and during 2011 I took part to the(so called (...I am still not enthustiastic about the name media use to use!) OCCUPY Movement. I used to be involved in Migrants issues and I am passionate about Human Rights.
What I consider very interesting of the Occupy Movement is the fact that it is a global movement where people are linked one to the other and diffrences don't count so much.
I am very interested in policy making and policies analysis: society and human beahvior are especially interesting for me (well that's why my PhD is in Anthropology, History and Theory of Culture).
I am, also, a dancer (not a professional one, of course) : currently I dance Tango.
One of my passions is travelling (honestly I do it pretty often) but there are still so many places I would like to visit.
Currently I don't even know where I exactly live: s ince I have just finished my PhD I am trying to define what to do now so I move from my home city (Palermo-Sicily, Italy) and France (where I am part of the organisation of the Alternative World Water Forum- in Marseille- and where I used to do research for a while- in Paris...city that I love!!!)
