One day I noticed that a lot of my projects have been developed in relation to rural areas. I started to think how ICT were changing the rural communities.
My focus on the local has been increasing. The projects about local issues are a real space to observe how traditional connections have been rediscovered through web tools. And how knowledge can be shared and used for rural development.
My blog (ICT4RD) is a platform to communicate with the rural communities and develop a research space for my Phd.
